I made up some field fortifications for a KGN game a while ago. This was the Breville game in the New Year, which needed emplacements for the British Para's.
These are fire scrapes - hastily dug cover for protection. They can be used for an improvised trench line.
These are individual foxholes for a section to be deployed in.
A German tent with a slit trench outside. Built as a whimsy really, to see if I could do it. A bit of geometry involved cutting the tent fabric - which was some paper wrapped around a frame made from coffee stirrers.
